Suction cups, utilized in Asia pre-dating most written record, are applied to overworked areas, drawing out metabolic waste and stagnant blood. Fascia is also stretched and loosened. Popular with athletes. (note:the cups used by our Therapists are actually more effective than fire cupping that you may be familiar with.
